Coaching is a goal-focused process, involving a journey of being asked questions, reflecting on issues, and finding ways forward. Drawing from my roles and experiences as a mother of a neurodivergent child, a Suzuki piano teacher and a music educator, I am offering the following four types of coaching.
Being a parent is both wonderful and challenging. We want to give our children all we’ve got and teach them the right things. Reality doesn’t always go according to plan. Do you sometimes find yourself:
· Getting frustrated when your child isn’t listening?
· Wondering if you are making the right decision?
· Feeling that everything seems so hard?
You are not alone. We feel disappointed if we don’t meet our expectations.
Coaching sessions can support you to make positive changes to enjoy parenting and enhance your relationship with your child.
Neurodiversity is something that is close to my heart.
I know how challenging it can be. I also appreciate how thrilling and special it is when a neurodivergent child reaches milestones. Drawing from my experience, I aspire to specialise as a parent coach for those with children facing additional learning needs. Deeply passionate about empowering parents, I believe in enriching their connections with their children, helping them take charge of and enjoy their parenting journey.
As a mum who has emigrated from Taiwan to London, I often experience various cultural conflicts in parenting. This includes understanding educational approaches, finding a work-life balance and determining what is important to you in terms of the relationship you would like to have with your child or children.
