Shih-Ching Wei-Prichard is a Certified ADHD and Autism Coach with a passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. With over 25 years of experience as a music educator — and as a parent of a neurodivergent teenager — she brings deep empathy, creativity, and lived understanding to her coaching practice.
Shih-Ching’s background in music has profoundly shaped her coaching approach. In her years of teaching, she has seen how music can help young people express emotions, develop focus, and build confidence — especially those who think and learn differently. She now integrates these insights into her coaching work, using creativity and reflection to help clients discover their strengths and navigate challenges with greater self-awareness and resilience.
Her work focuses on empowering both parents and young people to foster meaningful connection, celebrate individuality, and grow with confidence. Through one-to-one coaching, group sessions, and workshops, she helps families understand neurodiversity and create supportive environments where everyone can thrive.
Shih-Ching believes that every neurodivergent individual deserves to flourish as their authentic self — without masking or pressure to conform. Whether through the language of music or the tools of coaching, she champions a world where differences are celebrated, and true inclusion begins with understanding and acceptance.
