The teenage years are a time of growth, discovery and increasing independence, but they can also bring uncertainty and new challenges.
Many teenagers face growing pressures from school, social media, friendships and decisions about their future. They may struggle with confidence, motivation or a sense of belonging.
For neurodivergent teenagers, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other neurodivergent profiles, these challenges can sometimes feel even greater. Alongside their unique strengths and abilities, they may need additional support with emotional regulation, executive functioning, communication and self-advocacy.
Through strengths-based coaching, I provide a supportive space where teenagers can better understand themselves, recognise their strengths and develop practical strategies that help them thrive at school, at home and beyond.
